Payment Terms & Considerations: Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total recruitment fee is required upon acceptance of this agreement and prior to the commencement of the recruitment process. This deposit secures our services and covers initial expenses associated with sourcing and evaluating candidates. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the recruitment fee is due within 15 calendar days following the candidate's official start date. This approach aligns with standard practices in the recruitment industry, where full payment is expected shortly after the candidate begins employment. Candidate Non-Commencement: Should a candidate not commence employment, the final payment will not be due. Any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure fairness to both parties.
